- Conda Phosphate Operations earned a Rail Safety Award from Union Pacific Railroad, for logging zero non-accidental releases (NARs) and zero notices of violations (NOVs) in 2010.
- For the fifth time in six years, Agrium Wholesale earned the Safe Handling Award from Canadian National Railway (CN) for 2010.
- Also for the fifth time in six years, Agrium Wholesale's Borger Nitrogen Operations plant won the Hutchinson County United Way Industry Challenge.

- Agrium Wholesale's Americus Plant presented with Agribusiness of the Year Award for 2010 by the Americus-Sumter County Chamber of Commerce.
- Agrium Wholesale's Joffre Nitrogen Operations receives both the Chair's Award of Distinction and the President's Award from the United Way.
- Agrium Wholesale's Redwater Plant wins CN's Safe Handling Award.
- Agrium Wholesale's Fort Saskatchewan Nitrogen Operations and Redwater Fertilizer Operations both awarded a Certificate of Recognition for their health and safety management systems from the Alberta Safety Council and the Government of Alberta Employment and Immigration, Workplace Health & Safety.
- Agrium Wholesale received Burlington Northern Southern Pacific (BNSF) Railway's Product Stewardship Award for its 2009 performance.
