Ron. A. Wilkinson

B.SC. (Chem), P.Eng.

Senior Vice President, Agrium and President, Wholesale

Mr. Wilkinson joined Agrium in 1996, and has since held various leadership positions with the organization. He has also worked for Sherritt Inc., Imperial Oil, Exxon Chemical Pakistan Limited and Esso Chemical Canada.

Mr. Wilkinson has over thirty years of engineering, operations and business management experience within the petrochemical industry. He is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).

Linda Dalgetty

AssocDip (Agribusiness), B.Com., CA

Vice President, Finance

Ms. Dalgetty joined Agrium in 1995 and has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility including Manager Wholesale Accounting, Chief Information Officer, General Manager Agroservicios Pampeanos, Senior Director Phosphate and Sulphate Marketing, as well as her current role as Vice President Finance, Wholesale.

Prior to joining Agrium, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.

Tom Diment

B.A.SC (Mining and Mineral Process Engineering), P.Eng.

Vice President, Potash and Phosphate Operations

Mr. Diment joined Agrium in 1997 as Assistant Mine Manager and later as Mine Manager at the Vanscoy, Saskatchewan Potash Operations before transferring to northern Ontario, where he managed Agrium’s Kapuskasing Phosphate Operations from 2002 to 2004.

Mr. Diment has spent over 20 years with Agrium and its predecessor companies in positions of increasing responsibility. He has managerial experience in the Nitrogen side of the business as well, and has worked extensively as a general manager in both union and non-union labor environments. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Potash from July 2009-August 2011.

Susan Jones

Managing Director-Vice President, Europe

Ms. Jones joined Agrium in 2004 as Legal Counsel and served in that capacity until 2007 when she became Senior Director, Wholesale Business Development. She moved to Europe in 2009 and was appointed Managing Director, Vice President Europe in 2010.

Prior to joining Agrium, Ms. Jones worked as a partner in a law firm in British Columbia where she practiced corporate/commercial litigation and advised clients in corporate matters. She was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1996 and the Alberta Bar in 2004.

Andy Kelemen

B.E. (Chem), MBA

Vice President, Supply Management

Mr. Kelemen joined Agrium in 2009, and has served as Senior Director, Corporate Development and Strategy and Senior Director, Global Strategy and Business Development. In his current role as Vice President, Supply Management, he has responsibility for Business Development, Materials Management and Raw Materials Supply.

Mr. Kelemen is originally from New York, and prior to joining Agrium, he worked for several Fortune 500 companies in a variety of capacities, from power generation operations to mergers and acquisitions and corporate planning.

Greg McGlone

Vice President, Middle East/Africa Region

 

Mr. McGlone joined Agrium in 1998 as General Manager of Retail Operations in Argentina, and has since held a number of leadership positions across the organization, at both the production facilities and head office levels.

He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the fertilizer industry, and worked in a variety of capacities with Imperial Oil, Sherritt and the Westaim Corp.

Mr. McGlone is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).

Breen Neeser

 Vice President, Wholesale North American Sales

Mr. Neeser joined Agrium in 1993 as a sales representative and has subsequently held a number of different positions in Sales and Marketing, as well as a brief time in Operations as Plant Manager of Kapuskasing Phosphate Operations. His time with Agrium has given him sales, marketing and customer relations experience in most major markets of North America – as well as an appreciation of Operations.

Prior to Agrium, Mr. Neeser worked for Hoechst Agricultural Products, now Bayer Crop Science.

He has served on the boards of the Far West Fertilizer Association, California Plant Health Association and the Canadian Fertilizer Institute.

Leslie Sarauer

Senior Director, Human Resources 

Ms. Sarauer joined Agrium in 2002 and is currently Senior Director, Wholesale Human Resources. She previously held the position of Senior Director, Total Compensation.

Prior to joining Agrium, Ms. Sarauer spent 15 years with Mercer Human Resource Consulting. She consulted to Boards of Directors and senior executives regarding executive compensation program design and was a member of Mercer’s Retirement and International Consulting Practices. She was also a regular speaker and author on these areas of expertise.

Vice President, Marketing and Logistics

  

Mr. Yont joined Agrium in 1996 through the acquisition of Imperial Oil Ltd., Redwater. His extensive career with Agrium includes the positions of Senior Director, Logistics; Senior Director, Wholesale Business Development and leadership positions within the Manufacturing group – including General Manager for the southern Alberta Nitrogen plants.

Beginning his career with Imperial Oil in 1988, Mr. Yont held various roles within the organization including production, marketing and business development.

He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
