Our Learning & Development Model provides 70 percent on-the-job development, 20 percent peer, mentor and supervisor feedback, and 10 percent formal education opportunities.  Using this approach, employees are able to grow and transition to other positions within the Company.  It’s not uncommon to meet employees that have worked at several Agrium locations.  Agrium Wholesale’s vertically integrated structure, and our focus on career planning and leadership development, gives employees an opportunity to grow their careers at a pace consistent with their comfort level.
