Benefits
Agrium Wholesale offers a full range of benefits to our employees. The core benefits packages for our Canadian and US based employees vary as they are reflective of the different competitive practices and health care environment. These are addressed in further detail below.

Agrium Wholesale also provides all eligible non-unionized salaried and hourly Canadian employees with a generous annual vacation entitlement and paid holidays. In addition to this, the majority of our Canadian production facilities have implemented flexible work schedules.
