Employee Development

Growth is a big part of Agrium’s culture so it makes sense that we put emphasis on employee development.  Growth is an expectation of all employees, where they have aspirations of advancing their career or want to improve and development within an existing role. Leadership Development

Leadership development is important at Agrium.  As an example, we hold an annual Leadership Forum that brings together the senior leaders from around the world.  At this event external speakers provide global perspectives on what it means to be a leader in today’s global economy, both from an individual and a Company perspective.

We’re also proud to operate a leadership group for women called Agrium Women’s Leadership Group (AWLG).  This is a grassroots group, with senior leadership support, that focuses on professional development for women.  Men are also invited to relevant AWLG events to facilitate partnerships.
