The United Way Says Thanks A Million to Agrium

Every community is unique and has different needs. As a result, Agrium supports initiatives from soup kitchens and parks to a new fire truck for a community in need. One campaign where the whole company gets involved is the United Way.
Each year our corporate office and production facilities run their campaigns in their own way with amazing results. This year our efforts increased with the addition of the Agrium Advanced Technologies team.
Concerns that the economic slow-down would hurt fund-raising efforts were unfounded. Early reports show that collectively our employees raised close to $600,000. As Agrium matches each dollar contributed by employees, our donation to the United Way in 2009 will be in excess of a million dollars!
